Wildbarns stores take your satisfaction to heart!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, we will gladly refund your purchase price minus shipping costs!
Returned items must be unworn and in perfect condition.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and are your responsibility.
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Returns are not possible for items marked “final promotion”.

Exchange policy
Exchanges for wrong sizes are allowed. Please note that shipping costs for your return are at your expense. We will reship the correct size at our expense!
Requests for exchanges must be made within 15 days of purchase.
Exchanges are not possible for items marked “final promotion”.

Size chart
It's sometimes difficult to choose the right size when ordering online, and for good reason: you can't try it on! We understand your disappointment when the linen you receive doesn't fit!
That's why it's your responsibility to take your own measurements and compare them to the chart on each item you order. This will reduce the risk of ordering errors.
